利用規約 Terms of Use
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、TNLiner（以下「開発者」）が提供するiOSアプリ「Cloda」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・インストール・使用することで、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. サービスの概要
本アプリは、ユーザーが所有する衣服・ファッションアイテムをデジタル管理し、コーディネートの提案・記録を行うためのiOSアプリケーションです。本アプリのすべての機能はデバイス上で完結し、外部サービスへの依存はありません。
2. 利用条件
本アプリを利用するにあたり、ユーザーは以下に同意するものとします。
- 本アプリを個人的・非商業的な目的にのみ使用すること
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・改変・再配布を行わないこと
- 本アプリを法令または公序良俗に反する目的に使用しないこと
- 第三者の知的財産権・プライバシーを侵害する方法で使用しないこと
3. 知的財産権
本アプリに関するすべての著作権・商標権・その他の知的財産権は開発者に帰属します。ユーザーが本アプリに登録した画像・テキストなどのコンテンツに関する権利はユーザー本人に帰属します。
4. ユーザーコンテンツ
ユーザーが本アプリに登録するコンテンツ（画像・テキスト等）について、ユーザーは以下を表明・保証するものとします。
- 登録するコンテンツに対してユーザー自身が権利を有すること
- 第三者の権利を侵害するコンテンツを登録しないこと
- 違法・有害・わいせつなコンテンツを登録しないこと
5. 免責事項
開発者は本アプリの提供にあたり最善を尽くしますが、以下について一切の責任を負いません。
- 本アプリの使用または使用不能により生じた損害
- データの消失・破損
- 本アプリの動作不具合・中断・停止
- コーディネート提案の結果に関する事項
本アプリは現状有姿（AS IS）で提供されます。開発者は明示・黙示を問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。
6. アプリのアップデートと終了
開発者は予告なく本アプリの機能を変更・追加・削除することがあります。また、やむを得ない事情により本アプリの提供を終了する場合があります。その際、開発者はユーザーへの事前通知義務を負いません。
7. App Storeの利用規約
本アプリはApple Inc.のApp Storeを通じて配信されます。本アプリの利用にあたっては、AppleのApp Store利用規約も適用されます。
8. 準拠法・管轄裁判所
本規約の解釈・適用は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
9. 規約の変更
開発者は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。変更後に本アプリを継続して使用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS app "Cloda" ("the App") provided by TNLiner ("the Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About the App
Cloda is an iOS application that allows users to digitally manage their wardrobe and fashion items, and to generate and record outfit combinations. All app functionality runs on your device and does not depend on external services.
2. Conditions of Use
By using the App, you agree to the following:
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App
- Not use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws or public morality
- Not use the App in a way that infringes on the intellectual property rights or privacy of third parties
3. Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Developer. Content such as images and text that users register in the App remains the property of the respective user.
4. User Content
With respect to content you register in the App (images, text, etc.), you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the rights to all content you submit
- Your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party
- Your content is not illegal, harmful, or obscene
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
While the Developer strives to provide a quality experience, the Developer is not liable for:
- Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App
- Loss or corruption of data
- Malfunctions, interruptions, or discontinuation of the App
- Results of any outfit suggestions provided by the App
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Updates & Discontinuation
The Developer may modify, add, or remove features of the App without prior notice. The Developer may also discontinue the App at any time without obligation to notify users in advance.
7. Apple App Store Terms
The App is distributed through Apple Inc.'s App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
9. Changes to These Terms
The Developer may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
