TNLiner（以下「当方」）は、提供するiOS用向けウェブブラウザアプリ「Astor」（以下「本アプリ」）における、ユーザーの個人情報および利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下の通りプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

1. 取得する情報および利用目的について

本アプリは、ユーザーのデバイス（端末）内で完結して機能する設計となっており、当方がユーザーの個人情報や利用状況を収集、保存、または外部サーバーへ送信することは一切ありません。

本アプリの利用において生じる以下のデータは、すべてユーザーのデバイス内のみ保存されます。

  • 閲覧履歴および検索履歴: 過去にアクセスしたウェブサイトの記録
  • ブックマーク機能: お気に入りとして登録したウェブサイトの情報およびフォルダ構成
  • アプリの設定情報: ダークモード設定、検索エンジンの設定、タブの開閉に関する設定、広告ブロックの設定など
  • スタートページのカスタマイズ情報: スタートページのレイアウト情報および背景として設定された画像データ
  • ブラウザのタブ情報: 開いているタブのURLや状態

これらのデータは、アプリの利便性向上や機能提供の目的でのみ使用され、当方や第三者がこれらのデータにアクセスすることはできません。

2. デバイス機能へのアクセスと写真や画像の取り扱い

本アプリでは、スタートページの背景画像を設定する機能等のために、ユーザーのデバイスの写真ライブラリへアクセスする場合があります。

  • 利用目的: ユーザーが任意に選択した画像をアプリ内の背景として表示・保持するため。
  • データの取り扱い: 選択された画像データはユーザーのデバイス内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバー等へ自動的に送信・収集されることはありません。

3. 外部サイトおよび検索エンジンでの情報収集について

本アプリはウェブブラウザであり、インターネット上のさまざまなウェブサイトにアクセスするためのツールです。
本アプリの検索バーに入力された検索キーワード（検索クエリ）は、検索結果を取得するため、ユーザーが選択・設定した検索エンジンプロバイダ（Googleなど）に直接送信されます。

また、本アプリを通じてアクセスした外部のウェブサイトにおいて、Cookie、ウェブビーコン、その他のトラッキング技術が利用され、当該ウェブサイトの運営者がユーザーの情報を収集する場合があります。
これら外部サイトおよび検索エンジンにおける個人情報の取り扱いについては、アクセス先の各サイトのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。当方は、外部サイトでの情報収集やコンテンツについて一切の責任を負いません。

4. 外部の解析ツールや広告モジュール（SDK）について

本アプリ内には、利用状況の解析や、独自の広告配信を目的としたサードパーティ製SDKは一切組み込まれておりません。
そのため、アプリの起動や操作によって、操作ログや端末情報が外部のトラッキングサービスに送信されることはありません。

5. 免責事項

  • 本アプリを利用して発生した何らかのトラブルや損失・損害等につきましては、当方は一切の責任を負わないものとします。
  • 本アプリ内の広告ブロック機能は、すべての広告やトラッキングを完全にブロックすることを保証するものではありません。

TNLiner (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of users' personal and usage information in the iOS web browser application "Astor" (hereinafter referred to as "this App").

1. Information Collected and Purpose of Use

This App is designed to function entirely locally within the user's device. We do not collect, store, or transmit users' personal or usage data to any external servers whatsoever.

The following data generated through the use of this App is saved locally and solely within the user's device:

  • Browsing and Search History: Records of previously accessed websites.
  • Bookmarks: Information and folder structures of websites saved as favorites.
  • App Settings: Preferences such as dark mode, search engines, tab behaviors, and ad block configurations.
  • Start Page Customization: Layout data and image data set as the Start Page background.
  • Browser Tabs: URLs and states of currently open tabs.

This data is used exclusively to improve user convenience and provide features (e.g., revisiting history, retaining settings). Neither we nor any third parties can access this data.

2. Device Access and Photo Handling

This App may request access to the photo library on the user's device to provide features such as customizing the Start Page background.

  • Purpose: To display and retain images voluntarily selected by the user as the App's background.
  • Data Handling: Selected images are stored locally on the device only and are never transmitted to our servers.

3. Information Collection by External Sites and Search Engines

This App is a web browser tool used to access external websites on the internet.
Search queries entered into the search bar are sent directly to the user-selected search engine provider (e.g., Google) to retrieve results.

Additionally, external websites accessed through this App may use tracking technologies like cookies or web beacons to collect user information.
Please refer to the respective privacy policies of those external sites and search engines regarding their data handling practices. We are not responsible for the information collection or content of external websites.

4. External Analytics and Advertising SDKs

This App does not incorporate any third-party SDKs intended for usage analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase) or ad delivery (e.g., AdMob).
Therefore, no operation logs or device info will be sent to external tracking services by launching or operating the App.

5. Disclaimers

  • We shall not be held liable for any trouble, loss, or damages arising from the use of this App.
  • The ad block feature within this App does not guarantee the complete blocking of all advertisements or tracking codes.
