利用規約 Terms of Service

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、TNLiner（以下「当方」）が提供するウェブブラウザアプリ「Astor」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆様には、本規約に従って本アプリをご利用いただきます。

第1条（適用）

本規約は、ユーザーと当方との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。

第2条（利用環境・通信費）

本アプリの利用にあっては、別途通信料等がかかります。通信料等は、ユーザーご自身でのご負担となります。

第3条（有料サービスについて）

当方は、本アプリ内において、追加機能や開発者支援を目的とした有料サービスを提供しています。

1. PRO版（買い切り型）
   一度の購入でプレミアム機能（広告ブロック、アプリアイコンやスフィアのカスタマイズ機能など）を無期限で利用できる非消費型の課金サービスです。機種変更等を行なった場合でも、購入時と同じApple IDを使用することで、無料で本機能を復元（リストア）することが可能です。
2. 開発者を支援する（チップ機能）
   開発者を金銭的に支援するための消費型の課金サービスです。本サービスはアプリの機能を追加・制限解除するものではありません。購入されたアイテムは消費されるため、一度購入した内容を復元（リストア）したり、他端末へ引き継ぐことはできません。
3. 決済と返金
   有料サービスの支払いは、ユーザーのApple IDを通じて行われます。法令に定める場合を除き、一度お支払いいただいた有料サービスの料金に関するキャンセルおよび返金は一切いたしかねます。
4. 当方は、事前に予告した上で、有料サービスの価格や内容を変更、または提供を終了する場合があります。

第4条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
2. 犯罪行為に関連する行為
3. 当方、本アプリの他のユーザー、または第三者のサーバーまたはネットワークの機能を破壊したり、妨害したりする行為
4. 本アプリの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
5. 他のユーザーに関する個人情報等を収集または蓄積する行為
6. 不正アクセスをし、またはこれを試みる行為
7. 他のユーザーに成りすます行為
8. 当方が許諾しない本アプリ上での宣伝、広告、勧誘、または営業行為
9. 本アプリに関連して、反社会的勢力に対して直接または間接に利益を供与する行為
10. その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為

第5条（本アプリの提供の停止等）

当方は、以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく本アプリの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。

1. 本アプリにかかるコンピュータシステムの保守点検または更新を行う場合
2. 地震、落雷、火災、停電または天災などの不可抗力により、本アプリの提供が困難となった場合
3. コンピュータまたは通信回線等が事故により停止した場合
4. その他、当方が本アプリの提供が困難と判断した場合

当方は、本アプリの提供の停止または中断により、ユーザーまたは第三者が被ったいかなる不利益または損害についても、一切の責任を負わないものとします。

第6条（保証の否認および免責事項）

当方は、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みます。）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。

当方は、本アプリに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について一切の責任を負いません。本アプリはウェブブラウザであり、本アプリを通じてアクセスした外部サイトのコンテンツや安全性についても、当方は一切の責任を負いません。

第7条（フィードバックの取り扱い）

ユーザーから寄せられた本アプリに関するご意見、ご要望、アイデア等のフィードバックについて、当方は対価の支払いや守秘義務を負うことなく、無償かつ自由に本アプリの改善や新機能の開発等に利用できるものとします。

第8条（利用規約の変更）

当方は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。なお、本規約の変更後、本アプリの利用を開始した場合には、当該ユーザーは変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

第9条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。
本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当方の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the web browser application "Astor" (hereinafter referred to as "this App") provided by TNLiner (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). Users are required to use this App in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the user and us regarding the use of this App.

Article 2 (User Environment and Communication Costs)

Use of this App may incur separate communication charges. The user is entirely responsible for covering such communication and data costs.

Article 3 (Paid Services)

We provide paid services within this App for additional features and to support the developer.

1. PRO Plan (One-Time Purchase)
   This is a non-consumable purchase that permanently unlocks premium features (such as ad blocking and customizing app icons/spheres). If you change your device, you can restore these features for free by using the same Apple ID you used for the purchase.
2. Support the Developer (Tipping)
   This is a consumable purchase intended to financially support the developer. This service does not unlock or add any app features. Because these items are consumed upon purchase, they cannot be restored or transferred to another device.
3. Payment and Refunds
   Payment for Paid Services will be charged to your Apple ID account. Except as required by law, we do not accept any cancellations or offer any refunds for fees already paid for Paid Services.
4. We may change the prices or contents of Paid Services or terminate their provision after providing prior notice.

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using this App:

1. Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.
2. Acts related to criminal activities.
3. Acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of our servers/networks, those of other users, or third parties.
4. Acts that may interfere with the operation of this App.
5. Collecting or accumulating personal information about other users.
6. Unauthorized access or attempts to gain such access.
7. Impersonating other users.
8. Advertising, soliciting, or business activities on this App not authorized by us.
9. Providing direct or indirect benefits to anti-social forces in connection with this App.
10. Other acts that we deem inappropriate.

Article 5 (Suspension of App Provision)

We reserve the right to suspend or interrupt all or part of the provision of this App without prior notice to the user if we determine that any of the following applies:

1. Maintenance, inspection, or updating of computer systems related to this App.
2. Difficulty in providing this App due to force majeure events such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, power outages, or natural disasters.
3. Accidental breakdown of computers or communication lines.
4. Other circumstances where we deem it difficult to provide this App.

We shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the user or any third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of this App.

Article 6 (Disclaimer of Continuity and Warranties)

We do not explicitly or implicitly guarantee that this App is free from de facto or legal flaws (including flaws regarding safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security defects, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).

We take no responsibility for any damages incurred by the user arising from this App. Because this App is a web browser, we also take no responsibility for the content, safety, or practices of any external websites accessed through this App.

Article 7 (Handling of Feedback)

Regarding any opinions, requests, ideas, or other feedback provided by users concerning this App, we shall be free to use them for improving this App, developing new features, or any other purposes without any obligation of confidentiality or compensation to the user.

Article 8 (Changes to the Terms of Service)

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without notifying the user if we deem it necessary. If a user continues to use this App after changes to these Terms have been made, the user will be deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
In the event of a dispute regarding this App, the court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
